This Privacy Policy explains how Jordan English, Realtor® ("Jordan," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit englishcollective.co (the "Site"), fill out a form, message us on social media, or sign up to receive emails or text messages.
Jordan English is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (FL License #SL3663978), brokered by Levin Rinke Realty, 5631 Woodbine Rd, Pace, FL 32571.
By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the Site (for example, to get our local guide or to ask a question), we collect:
• First name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your answer to "Are you planning on moving in the next year?"
• Your SMS consent choice (optional; whether you checked the box to receive text messages)
You may also give us information when you email us, call or text us, or message us on Instagram or Facebook (for example, by commenting a keyword on a post or sending a direct message).
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, such as:
• Your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages you view, links you click, and how long you stay
• The website or post that referred you to the Site
• Approximate location (city or region) based on your IP address
• Whether you opened an email or clicked a link in it
This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from social media
If you interact with us on Instagram or Facebook, including through our comment-to-DM automations, we may receive your public profile name, username, profile photo, the content of your comment or message, and any information you choose to share in the conversation. What we receive depends on Meta's platform rules and your own privacy settings.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
• Send you the guide, resource, or information you asked for
• Reply to your questions and messages
• Send you emails about local news, events, homes for sale, market updates, and real estate tips (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Send you text messages, only if you have given SMS consent (see Section 6)
• Understand whether you may be buying or selling soon, so we can share useful information at the right time
• Run and improve the Site, our content, and our services
• Keep records of your consent and communication preferences
• Protect against fraud, spam, and misuse
• Follow the law, licensing rules, and brokerage requirements
We do not sell your personal information.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We share information only as described below.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party providers to run the Site and our communications. They process information for us and are not allowed to use it for their own marketing. These include:
• GoHighLevel (GHL): our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. It hosts our lead forms, stores contact records, and sends our emails and text messages.
• Showit: our website platform and host.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram and Facebook): used for our social media accounts and comment-to-DM messaging automations. Your use of Instagram and Facebook is also covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
• Email and SMS delivery providers and mobile carriers: used to deliver messages you've agreed to receive.
• Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics, if used): help us understand how visitors use the Site.
Our brokerage
As a licensed agent, Jordan works under Levin Rinke Realty. Information about real estate transactions or inquiries may be shared with the brokerage as needed for supervision, recordkeeping, and compliance with Florida real estate law.
Real estate transactions
If you choose to work with us on buying or selling a home, we may share information needed for that transaction with parties such as lenders, title companies, closing attorneys, inspectors, or other agents, only with your knowledge and as needed to complete the transaction.
Legal reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe it is needed to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business changes
If our business is reorganized or transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that change, and it would stay subject to this Privacy Policy.
Mobile information and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All the categories of sharing above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. The only exception is service providers (such as GHL and mobile carriers) that need this information solely to deliver the messages you asked for.
4. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
The Site and its tools may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
• Keep the Site working properly
• Remember your preferences
• Measure visits and see which pages and content are most useful
• Understand whether emails are opened and links are clicked
• Measure the performance of social media content or ads (for example, through a Meta Pixel, if used)
Your choices: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no single industry standard for them.
5. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you give us your email address, we may send you the resource you asked for along with follow-up emails, newsletters, and real estate updates. Every marketing email includes an "unsubscribe" link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing [email protected]. We may still send you non-marketing messages, such as direct replies to your questions.
6. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on our form, or otherwise agree in writing to receive texts, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Jordan English Real Estate Updates at the phone number you gave us. These messages may include local updates, new listings, market information, event invitations, and replies to your inquiries. Some may be sent using automated technology.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.

7. HOW TO OPT OUT OR UNSUBSCRIBE
You can change your choices at any time:
• Text messages: Reply STOP to any message. You will get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To opt back in, reply START or sign up again.
• Emails: Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Social media messages: Stop replying, unfollow, or block our account through Instagram or Facebook settings.
• Anything else: Email [email protected] or call (850) 816-3164.
We will process requests promptly. An email unsubscribe request may take up to 10 business days to take full effect.
8. DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including:
• As long as you remain subscribed or keep in touch with us
• As long as needed to keep records of your consent and opt-out choices (we may keep a record that you opted out so we don't contact you again)
• As long as required by Florida real estate law, brokerage policies, tax rules, or other legal obligations (for example, transaction records)
When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we choose service providers that offer industry-standard security. No website, email, or text messaging system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law (including Section 501.171, Florida Statutes).
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or anyone under 18). If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. FLORIDA RESIDENTS
We are based in Florida and follow applicable Florida laws, including laws on data breach notification and on telephone and text message solicitation (including the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act). We send automated marketing text messages only to people who have given prior express written consent.
Whether or not a specific privacy law applies to us, Florida residents (and all visitors) may contact us to:
• Ask what personal information we have about them
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete their personal information, unless we are required to keep it
• Opt out of marketing emails and text messages
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising that requires opt-in consent under Florida law. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to confirm your identity before completing your request.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site and our local guide may link to other websites, businesses, and social media platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
