Welcome to englishcollective.co (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Jordan English, Realtor® ("Jordan," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (FL License #SL3663978), brokered by Levin Rinke Realty, 5631 Woodbine Rd, Pace, FL 32571.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Site, our forms, our local guide and other content, our emails and text messages, and our social media messaging (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. USE OF THE SITE
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false information or someone else's information without their permission
• Try to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the Site using automated tools
• Send spam or harmful content through our forms or messaging channels
We may limit or end your access to the Services at any time if you misuse them.
2. SMS TERMS
Program name: Jordan English Real Estate Updates
Program description: When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Jordan English, Realtor®, at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include local area updates, new listings and market information, event invitations, guide and resource follow-ups, and replies to your real estate inquiries. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.
How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website form and submitting your mobile number, or by otherwise giving us your written consent. Checking the box is optional.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any property, use any service, or get our guide.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, and then no more texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (850) 816-3164.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (850) 816-3164.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number: You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number first or let us know.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy) for details.
3. EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGING
If you give us your email address, you agree to receive the resource you requested and related emails, which may include newsletters and real estate updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
If you comment a keyword on one of our Instagram or Facebook posts, or message us on those platforms, you may receive an automated direct message in reply. Your use of Instagram and Facebook is also governed by Meta's terms and policies. You can stop these messages at any time by not engaging, unfollowing, or blocking our account.
4. NO REAL ESTATE, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
The content on the Site, in our guide, and in our emails, texts, and social media posts is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, mortgage, investment, or insurance advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
Using the Site, getting our guide, or messaging us does not create an agent-client or brokerage relationship. A brokerage relationship exists only when it is established in writing and as required by Florida law.
No guarantees. Real estate markets change. We do not guarantee any particular result, including home values, sale prices, appreciation, timing, rental income, interest rates, or financing approval. Any market statistics, estimates, or projections are opinions or approximations and are not promises of future results.
5. ACCURACY OF LISTINGS AND LOCAL INFORMATION
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.
• Listings: Property information, including price, square footage, lot size, features, school zones, HOA details, taxes, and availability, comes from sources believed to be reliable (such as the MLS, sellers, and public records). It is not guaranteed and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Buyers should independently verify all information and are encouraged to get inspections, surveys, and professional advice before buying.
• Local information: Details about neighborhoods, businesses, events, restaurants, schools, hours, prices, and amenities can change at any time. Please confirm details directly with the business or organization.
6. OUR LOCAL GUIDE: PERSONAL FAVORITES, NOT ENDORSEMENTS
Our local guide and similar content share Jordan's personal favorites and opinions about places, businesses, and things to do. Including a business or place:
• Is not an official endorsement, sponsorship, or guarantee of its products, services, safety, or quality
• Does not mean we are paid by or affiliated with that business, unless we clearly say so
• Is not a statement that one neighborhood or area is better for any particular group of people
Any dealings you have with a business in the guide are solely between you and that business. We are not responsible for their products, services, or conduct. If we ever receive compensation for a mention, we will disclose it.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site and in our guide, emails, and social media, including text, photos, graphics, logos, designs, videos, and downloadable resources, is owned by Jordan English or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view, download, and print our content (including the guide) for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to the Site. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, or distribute our content, or remove any copyright or trademark notices, without our prior written permission.
"Realtor®" is a registered collective membership mark identifying real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of REALTORS®. Other trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may link to, or rely on, third-party websites and services (such as Showit, GoHighLevel, Instagram, Facebook, the MLS, and local businesses). We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jordan English, Levin Rinke Realty, and their agents, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from or related to:
• Your use of, or inability to use, the Services
• Any content on the Site, in our guide, or in our messages
• Your reliance on any listing, market, or local information
• Your dealings with any business or third party mentioned in our content
• Delayed, failed, or undelivered emails or text messages
If we are found liable despite these Terms, our total liability to you for all claims will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and hold harmless Jordan English and Levin Rinke Realty from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of information you did not have the right to provide (including someone else's phone number).

13. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Rosa County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15. GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will stay in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
